1) Tyres-Online is a service brought to you by Retreading
Business Ltd, Crewe, Cheshire.
2) Retreading Business Ltd is not a tyre retailer itself.
It is a publishing company. The aim of the tyre sales facility
on the Tyres-Online web site is to match consumers with
tyre suppliers.
3) In purchasing goods through the Tyres-Online web-site,
the customer understands and acknowledges that his contract
is with Blackcircles Ltd and not with Retreading Business
Ltd. As such, the customer is bound by the
terms and conditions of Blackcircles Ltd.
4) Retreading Business Ltd reserves the right to collect,
process and store user data, as well as to use it for our
own purposes. We reserve the right to pass this information
on to Blackcircles Ltd for use in handling specific transactions.
We also reserve the right to pass on this information to
official authorities when required by law. By using the
Tyres-Online service you will be deemed to have accepted
that Retreading Business Ltd can do this. Beyond this Retreading
Business Ltd undertakes not to process or pass this information
on to other third parties.
7) Retreading Business Ltd makes all reasonable efforts
to assure that the information on the Tyres-Online web site
is both accurate and up-to-date. However, Retreading Business
Ltd will accept no liability for any errors or omissions
on, or to the content of the site, or any responsibility
for purchase decisions made on the strength of the information
on the site. Neither Retreading Business Ltd nor any other
party involved in creating, producing or delivering the
site is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential,
indirect or punitive damages arising from the customer's
use of the site.
8) In using the Tyres-Online web site the customers agrees
not to hold Retreading Business Ltd liable for blames, demands,
costs or damages caused as a result of any contract made
with a tyre dealer participating in the Tyres-Online scheme,
nor will it accept liability for the actions of Blackcircles
Ltd.
10) Retreading Business Ltd reserves the right to change
its terms and conditions at any time.
