The Dunlop SP30 is a T rated tyre, which combines a
solid wet performance with lower noise emissions.
The main characteristics of the SP30 include an asymmetric
tri-area tread. Each of the three parts of the tread
has it's own unique task to perform. This has resulted
in a well balanced tyre that has achieved a good combination
of braking, resistance to aquaplaning and low noise
emissions.

The full depth lateral grooves on the tyre, along with the
unbroken longitudinal grooves, accelerate the expulsion of
water from both sides of the tread, giving outstanding wet
grip and aquaplaning resistance.
Moreover, the combination of the tyre's continuous circumferential
rib and lateral slots leads to a high longitudinal stiffness
that guarantees superb braking in both wet and dry conditions.
This makes a contribution to the low noise that we experience.
The parallelogram block design also contributes to the low
noise and the large outer shoulder blocks eliminate disturbing
frequences.
