The SP30 is a standard T rated tyre that has been designed
to combine good wet performance with low noise.
The tyre features an asymmetric tri-area tread with
each of the three parts of the tread area being designed
for a specific task. The result is a well balanced tyre
combining good braking, aquaplaning resistance and low
noise.

The SP30's full depth lateral grooves and the unbroken longitudinal
grooves quickly drain and eject water from both sides of the
tread assuring excellent wet grip and aquaplaning resistance.
Meanwhile, a combination of the tyre's continuous circumferential
rib and lateral slots leads to a high longitudinal stiffness
assuring superior braking in both wet and dry conditions as
well as making a contribution to low noise.
Also contributing to low noise is the parallelogram block
desin, the large outer shoulder blocks eliminating disturbing
frequences.
