This is Continental's high performance tyre for the
cold weather/winter segment.
Benefits include good handling and braking performance
on dry roads as well as top-level winter performance
on snow and ice and good aquaplaning performance.
The tyre features an asymmetric tread pattern and sturdy
outer shoulder blocks, which combine to ensure excellent
handling characteristics on dry roads, especially at
low temperatures. The dry braking performance is given
by the rigid block edges.

A specially refined silica tread compound leads to an optimization
of the winter performance due to better micro-interlocking
with the road surface. The high sipe density in the centre
tread contributes to the optimal grip on snow and ice.
Four wide circumferential grooves enable excellent water
drainage and thus provide high aquaplaning safety in the wet
and cold winter season.
