Trackday enthusiasts have had a tyre created especially
for their specific needs by Avon called the ZZR. The
product is a racing tyre that is road legal.
Unsurprisingly, the ZZR specialises in superior grip
and handling in dry conditions, whilst being progressive
and predictable when driving at the limit.
Avon's ZZR has a racing compound, which is the same
compound that is utilized for Avon's Group N saloon
racing car tyres and offers the driver a super-stiff
racing spec carcass.
