Prices/Quotations

Although Tyres-Online is not tyre dealer itself, it operates an online sales facility in co-operation with Blackcircles Ltd, which allows consumers to buy tyres via our secure online shopping facility.

For all prices and quotations click here.

The Identification or Location of a Supplier

If you are a UK based consumer looking for a local dealer, please use our online sales facility, which will allow you to buy online through our partners, Blackcircles Ltd.

If you are a consumer based outside the UK please make use of our tyre links section which includes links to a large number of overseas tyre dealers as well as to tyre manufacturers' home pages, many of which provide their own dealer database functions.

If you simply need a contact address or phone number and you can't find it on this page, in the tyre links section or elsewhere on the web, e-mail us and we'll try to help if we can.

Product Recommendations

Our policy is not to recommend one particular brand of tyre against another. The main reason for this is that the suitability of particular tyres for particular drivers depends on a considerable variety of factors such as driving style, where you drive, road surfaces, climate, your vehicle, your own preferences in terms of performance characteristics and price and, of course, your own perception.

We have, however, tried to provide as much information as we can to help you make an informed choice. In the product database section you will find information on the performance characteristics and size range of a wide range of car tyres for the European market.

To help you further, we have also reviewed a number of the tyre tests, which have taken place in various consumer magazines. For further information, or for tyres designed for markets outside Europe check the web sites of the various tyre manufacturers via our tyre links section or contact the manufacturers direct.

Fitment Advice and Tyre Pressures

You can find links to tyre fitment guides provided by a variety of tyre manufacturers by clicking here.

If, however, you are looking for advice on alternative fitments, the best bet is to contact the vehicle manufacturer for advice on what is possible. Information, however, on various options in switching to wider, lower profile tyres, is available in our technical section.

We receive large numbers of e-mails from readers wanting to know recommended tyre pressures for alternative tyre fitments. We don't carry this information at Tyres-Online but the technical departments of the tyre manufacturers do. For head office telephone numbers for the UK and worldwide, click the appropriate hypertext link.
