Continental Unveils New Concept Tyre

At the International Motor Show (IAA) in Frankfurt, Ford unveiled its new concept car, the Ford "Iosis" with concept tyres specially designed and developed by Continental Tyres. Ford referred to the underlying shape of the car and tyres as "kinetic design" conveying the performance and the technological dynamism of the vehicle. Continental's concept tyres enhance the presentation of the Iosis and blend in smoothly with the silhouette of the concept car. The 20" concept tyres have a circumferential groove and V-shaped, dynamic tread pattern elements, underlining the bold impression made by the Ford Iosis. Rims milled from solid aluminium feature a contrasting finish that makes them stand out and reflect the graphic elements of the car body.
