Michelin Launch XDY3
BF Goodrich Introduces Product Guide

Michelin Launch XDY3

Michelin has launched the new XDY3 on/off road tyre for drive axles, following the successful introduction of the XZY3 tyre for trailer and front steer axles earlier this year. The new tyre is the latest addition to Michelin's Y range of tyres, designed exclusively to suit operators whose vehicles are required to drive both on and off the tarmac.

"The XDY3 range offers operators increased manoeuvrability and reliability in all driving conditions, thanks to a substantial directional tread pattern, which gives maximum traction coupled with minimum wear", says Paul Kendrick, Truck Product Marketing Manager. With 23% more usable tread rubber over its predecessor, as well as larger tread blocks and an improved shoulder design, the XDY3 is even more resistant to tearing and scrubbing.

An improved steel reinforcement under the tread also offers protection in the most severe conditions and results in a higher acceptance rate for Michelin Remix. XDY3 is readily available from Michelin MBA distributors and ATS outlets as both new and Remix.

BF Goodrich Introduces Product Guide

BF Goodrich has introduced a glossy new design-led brochure, providing range and technical information for both BF Goodrich Tires' car and 4x4 product ranges. The easy to use informative brochure targets tyre retailers and consumers alike and is presented in a glossy "flip over" format designed to provide assistance and technical advice for car and 4x4 vehicle owners. The illustrations are accompanied by full details on individual tyre features and benefits, product size details, technical data charts and conversion charts for 4x4 and car tyres.
