Lesjofors Publishes new Sports Springs
Catalogue
Lesjöfors,
one of Europe's largest manufacturers of springs and producer
of the world's largest range of chassis springs, has published
its new Sports Spring catalogue. The catalogue features 68
pages of sports spring references for more than 35 leading
vehicle manufacturers.
Identifying the correct spring is simple and done by matching
the specific make and model of a vehicle. Lesjöfors sports
springs range is vast and features 862 lowering spring references,
99 of which are new. The publication has been designed to
pre-empt all the necessary queries associated with sports
springs - a safety critical item - and comprises an advice
section on the correct installation of the product on the
vehicle.
Also inside the publication is an insight into Lesjöfors
springs manufacturing process with an article that explains
the methods of spring production from selecting the raw material
through to labeling and dispatch.
Two new TSW Alloy Wheels Introduced to
the UK
The UK distributor for TSW wheels, Yokohama HPT Ltd, has
announced two new exciting designs to the UK market. The Estoril
and the Sakata 4 and Sakata 5 complement the existing TSW
range perfectly and broaden its appeal from purely performance
and style-orientated vehicles to the growing SUV market.
The Estoril is named after the famous Portuguese Formula
One circuit and builds on TSW's motorsport theme. Its ten
aggressive and chunky spokes run out towards the wheel rim
before turning back in, to create a deep-dish effect. The
Estoril will fill any wheelarch perfectly, providing the ideal
combination of alloy and clean air and will suit just about
any vehicle it is fitted to. Available in sizes from 8x17in
to a huge 20x10in, the Estoril is designed for passenger cars
and SUVs, such as the BMW X5. It is also intended for staggered
applications, where wider rear wheels are required for rear-wheel
drive cars and comes in hyper black with a mirror cut lip.
Prices for the Estoril begin at £114.85+VAT.
The Sakata is available with either a four or five stud fixing
pattern and this determines how many of the narrow spokes
are present. On both models, the spokes extend right to the
inside of the wheel rim, enhancing the sense of size. They
meet mid-way along the width of the rim, allowing for a deep
lip, again useful for staggered applications requiring wider
rear wheels. The narrow spokes and full mounting face produce
a wheel which looks as good on a stationary vehicle as one
in motion. The Sakata is available in sizes 7x17in and 7x18in
on four-stud designs and 8x17in to 20x10in for five-stud use
and is also available for staggered applications. It comes
in a hyper silver finish with a mirror-cut lip, further enhancing
the width of the wheels. Prices for the Sakata start at £114.85+VAT.
Both designs are available exclusively from YHPT dealers
nationwide and will be in stock from February 2007.
